Refund Policy

Since all items are custom and hand made with love, there may be slight imperfections or blemishes. This is just a reminder that this item was specially made, just for you! With that being said, at this time, we do not have a refund or exchange policy. If there is a concern with your item(s), please reach out to us! Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Our current processing time is 3-6 weeks, as each item is hand made and each rhinestone is hand placed. Once your order has been completed, you will receive an email with your tracking number. PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL INFORMATION IS CORRECT ON THE ORDER FORM, AS NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE ONCE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED.

Rush Orders: If you need quicker processing time other than the 3-6, please contact us via email at hello@caylalainescustoms.com or through the Contact page on the website to see if this request can be accommodated. Additional rush fees will be applied to your order.

Shipping: All orders are shipped via USPS. For lost or stolen items, you will need to contact USPS to file a claim for your package. Orders will be shipped to the address listed on the order form; any returned packages will be re-shipped at the cost of the purchaser.
